Firetail 13.1 — more file formats, smoother VideoSync

Firetail 13.1 is available, with a focus on bringing more of your data into Firetail and on making video synchronization easier to work with.

More data sources

• Lotek file support
• GPX files and UTM coordinates (UTMx, UTMy, UTMzone columns)
• Movebank API: radio-telemetry data is downloaded if available
• improved file detection: voltage units from file headers, better magnetometer synonyms, managed synonym lists
• reference data maps more reliably to your main groupings

VideoSync

• overlapping and duplicate video resources: synchronize multiple occurrences within one video
• delete and multi-delete via the context menu
• clearer feedback when shifting events, and the main timeline pauses when a video ends
• more robust timestamp synchronization with the main timeline
